When then World Wide Facilities’ (now World Wide Specialty) Founder and Owner, Eileen Lesberg, stepped into an elevator that cold February day, shivering because she had lost her coat the night before, a young woman was already there , dressed impeccably for a job interview with a company a couple of floors above. Little did they know what that encounter would mean for the rest of their lives. All Eileen knew for the moment was, being a clothes horse herself, she admired the young woman’s ensemble and wished she had the coat for herself to keep warm! As the elevator moved upwards conversation ensued between them and by the time they arrived at the same destination Eileen knew that the applicant standing in front of her was the perfect person for the job she had available! Dorothy Taylor was hired before she even set foot into World Wide and the rest is history.
For 40 years Dorothy has played a key role in the development and implementation of what has become the most comprehensive program of insurance for the Staffing Industry. Following Eileen’s lead in recognizing the need and provision of insurance coverage for the Staffing Industry, Dorothy’s passion and commitment is unwavering.
