Our goal is to continue to serve our customers and our employees with the utmost care, as we have done for the last 55+ years. WWSPI is focused on providing you with the stability and confidence that you expect as our hallmark, during these difficult times.
While we as a global family face unprecedented challenges, we must redefine our concept of “business as usual.” To that end, we have taken proactive steps to protect our two greatest assets – our customers and our employees

To ensure we still serve your needs fully, we are:
- Offering direct-dial staff access so you can reach the expert you need right away
- Monitoring all communications daily, with management staff ensuring your questions or needs are addressed quickly
- Providing direct access to the WWSPI management team (see contact info below)
- Expanding payment terms to provide relief in tight economic times
Protecting Our Staff
In order to protect our staff and provide support for their families, we have made immediate short-term changes to our normal operations to lessen any potential exposure.
We are:
- Employing remote workers for uninterrupted servicing of accounts, including emails and phone calls
- Staggering workdays for employees, decreasing the number of staff on-site at any given time
- Providing any necessary support for our employees to ensure their health and wellbeing
- Following guidance from health officials regarding sanitizing and hygiene, and social distancing
We are grateful for our dedicated team who are continuing to work diligently to provide you with the essential services you need to protect your business and your customers.
As in the past, when faced with incredible challenges, we focus on teamwork and respond with our best. This is one of those times when we all come together, working to make it through to the other side of the crisis. It will pass, things will return to normal, and in the end, we will all be stronger for it.
